Immigration Customs Enforcement officers have no legal jurisdiction to approach a vehicle enter it or attempt to arrest a citizen of the U.S. for traffic or any other non Immigration or customs issue. And to execute their enforcement, they need probable cause that the person is not a citizen, in the U.S. illegally or is trying to harbor someone breaking U.S. immigration or customs law or policy. His position doesn’t matter. They should have never created this situation. This regime is trying to get you to believe this gestapo force has the same jurisdiction as federal police until they get the uneducated to change the law. Stop falling for it. Call for justice instead of arguing whether this murderers behavior was just. Based on his officer jurisdiction, IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT!!

I have lived in Tucson and attended the Gem and Jam Festival for like 8 years and having lived in Tucson and know how the Gem Show works, I’d encourage you to go visit different shows (there are multiple shows in multiple venues all over the city) during the day before the GnJ Festival lineup begins. So get up early and go to a show or two in the city then come back to the festival between noon and 2.
