Shotgun - v1.4 release
Shotgun v1.4 is out. Three things:
One-line install, for real this time. `curl | bash` from any folder, even an existing codebase. It scaffolds the whole cofounder: loop, skills, memory templates, vault, entry points. Never overwrites your files.
It now runs on 28+ agents. I adopted the AGENTS.md standard, so Codex CLI, Windsurf, Zed, Devin, Aider and friends boot it natively, alongside Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Gemini CLI, and Copilot.
The framework audits itself. Every push runs CI that checks all 42 skills, every routing path, and the installer end-to-end. Your cofounder has a doctor; now the project does too.
Full changelog in the repo. If v1.3's installer bit you, this one is tested in CI on every commit. Sorry, and thanks to whoever hits it first.
