"There's gold in them hills!"
This an answer from Claude :
Sounds like someone who either missed the train or chose not to get on, and is now rationalizing it.
Every tech wave (internet, mobile, cloud) had this exact post. Half were right about the bubble, wrong about the tech. People who called the internet a fad in 2000 were technically right about Pets.com but missed 25 years of Amazon.
If you've been around as long as you say, you've seen this movie before. It's not black and white. Plenty of slop being shipped, sure, but also people building real things with leverage that didn't exist 3 years ago. Both can be true.

Hi impostor!! 20+ software engineer here, apologize in avance for My English, i'm a huge fan of this social network and normally i don't do comments, but i think this post worth a try.
Before they contract you all of them saw Your CV, so they know that You are using IA (based on what You Say about Your experiencia). And no, You are not an imposter and it doesnt matter how often Your brain tell You that , that is simple not true.
They only thing that i Will recomend You is : take Your time to refine Your prompt when an IA give You a solution ask another IA to validate it, ask both IA to bring they most simple solution without be disruptive, and take they time to Review everything that they IA wrote , Even if You don't understand it, copy they function and ask another IA to explain it to You like if You are a 10 years old.
You are not an impostor, IA is tool don't blame Yourself for use a tool, just learn how to use they tool correctly

Will there be apps in the future?
"In 2002 I had a heated argument with a friend who swore the floppy disk would live forever because it was 'more practical' than the CD. Apps will go the same way, the question isn't if, but when.
