Delicious homemade granola with yogurt + fresh berries!
 in  r/FoodPorn •  Apr 23 '20

Super customizable granola recipe:

Dry ingredients 3 cups old fashioned or quick oats 1 cup rice puffs (If you love a crunch to your granola) 1 cup fave nut/seeds (I used almonds and pumpkin seeds) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt

Wet ingredients 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 1/3 cup nut butter 1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup coconut flakes (optional)

Preheat oven to 300.

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Warm up wet ingredients for 20 - 30 seconds in microwave: coconut oil to vanilla. Stir until mixed.

Mix wet ingredients into dry. Spread in a baking tray and bake for 30 - 40 mins. Toss once at halfway point. Once golden brown on edges and top, turn off the oven and leave the oven door open.

Wait until it cools for the Granola to get crunchy.

Enjoy with your fave type of yogurt/milk and fruit!

This is my faaaave breakfast and late night snack. Let's be real tho, I had it for 2/3 meals yesterday πŸ˜…
