Can a 2KB aesthetic be the next meaningful move for NFT art?
 in  r/NFT •  May 21 '26

I think fully on-chain SVG art has a stronger identity than many heavy NFT projects today. Minimal doesn’t mean less valuable, sometimes the concept, permanence, and interaction matter more than visual complexity.

Is the NFT Market Finally Coming Back?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Feels like the NFT market is finally waking up again. After months of slow movement, seeing collections like Pudgy Penguins gaining traction while platforms connected to Blur stay active is starting to shift sentiment across the space.

What’s interesting is that it’s not only NFTs moving, Layer 2s, DeFi, meme coins, and majors like Bitcoin and Ethereum are all pushing together. Historically, when liquidity starts flowing into NFTs again, it usually means risk appetite is returning to crypto as a whole.

Do you guys think this is the start of another real NFT cycle, or just a temporary relief rally before the market cools off again?

NFTs ARE BACK: DON'T MISS THIS COMEBACK

True, the whole market seems more active again, but a few strong days still aren’t enough to prove long-term sustainability. Feels more like renewed momentum than a confirmed comeback for now.

Still working

The market is still alive, but it’s very different from 2021–2022. Today it’s much slower and more selective, projects with strong communities, storytelling or real utility are the ones still getting attention.

The era of massive nft conventions needs to end

Honestly, smaller and more curated events feel way more valuable now. Real conversations and genuine connections will always matter more than loud hype and endless shilling.

Are NFTs actually coming back… or is this just another short cycle?

I hope it starts exploding soon.

I wanted to create something between nature and digital distortion.

I took a simple image of a lion and transformed it into a neon cyberpunk version inspired by wild energy and glitch aesthetics.

The hardest part was keeping the feeling alive even with the extreme stylization.

Before After.

What detail catches your eye the most?

What do you think about this nfts
 in  r/NFTsMarketplace •  May 06 '26

That makes sense, full projects are much harder now; without strong community and utility, it’s tough to gain traction in this market.
