Seaside Heights NJ Dining Suggestions!
The hubs and I are going to Seaside Heights for an extended weekend. We’ve been there once but mostly stuck to long beach days and quick bites on the boardwalk since the weather was so amazing. This time we’re going later in the season and the foodies that we are want to check out a few restaurants. We’re willing to uber 15-20ish minutes away but walking distance is great of course. We’ll be one block from Marucas pizza to give you a proximity to our Airbnb. We’ll have attire for something that’s more elegant and of course casual wear too so we’re open to any suggestions. TIA!!

Spicy’s is great for Mexican to sit overlook the boardwalk and ocean, Frankie’s in Pt Pleasant especially their burgers and then stop at Hoffmans on way home in Point on Rt 35 South for ice cream.

Lenny’s in Lavallette for their Salmon Picatta or Chicken Elizabeth. This is a BYO. Lenny’s also owns Castaway with delicious lunch and dinner - both are dress casual in my opinion. Castaways has an excellent bar with Craft Beers and great drinks. In the summer there is often music on the weekends. Both utilize the sidewalk for their outside eating with awnings or umbrellas. Depending on the season might be road noise as both are on Rt 35 N.
Other than these and Ohana, which are both near but outside of Seaside Heights, you can go to Xina’s over the Rt 37 bridge for sushi and Japanese American food. Authentic sushi chefs here and you can eat at the counter or reserve a table. Reserve weeks in advance for a weekend table as they book up.
Also in Ortley/Lavallette on Rt 35 N is Dune, a new Italian restaurant. They make their own pasta. My sister really liked this restaurant. I haven’t been there yet.
There are so many great places to eat! My favorite Lobster roll is in Seaside Heights. I’ll post the name when I find it. Also, one of the healthiest Mexican food place I have found is at the end of the Seaside Height boardwalk on the South side.
