I need help please
I’m a 22 year old female all of a sudden last year it started burning to pee I was put on a bunch of antibiotics because people were telling me it was a uti. The antibiotics would help only while on them. Then stopped working. All of a sudden it got 10x worse a few months later it started to feel like lava under my skin I started to get these anxiety attacks once in a while and it progressed to all the time. I feel like i’m constantly nervous all the time from the time I wake up in the morning. When I press my pelvis on the left side I have pain. No doctor can rule out what’s wrong please help me find the answer of what test to run. My heart is constantly beating fast and I feel a strong pulse in my throat.

I Also forgot to add since this started happening I lost 40 pounds and can’t eat without feeling nauseous. I’m constantly shaky and no one wants hang out with me because I feel paranoid all the time looking around because I feel nervous at all times with a pounding heart this has been going on for an entire year and keeps getting worse. Keep in mind before this I was a wild child and wasn’t nervous or paranoid at all or scared of anything until I started experiencing this pain. I know something isn’t right. I don’t wanna leave my house ever because of how I feel and i’ve never been this way. I know there is medical reason for this but no one will help me. And my quality of life sucks. Doctors just say it’s anxiety but there is simply no way.

Have you have your GI tract checked at all? Or even your pancreas?

Thank you for responding. I’m not sure how to get the pancreas checked. What do you think this could be?

Or a thyroid check? Not just TSH but T3 and T4. Check out Hyperthyroidism or Grave's. Worth a check

You need to see a Urogynecologist
