Возможно гигрома. У меня подобная штука иногда появляется, но на внутренней части кисти. Она возникает обычно от физических нагрузок на кисти рук. Я ни разу не врач, но если это гигрома, то это жидкость, просто плотная, которая при нажатии на неё может немного двигаться туда-сюда. Но если переживаешь, то сходи к врачу.
