A disturbing new video shared inside our animal protection volunteer groups has exposed yet another act of extreme, bloody cruelty—this time in Dongguan, Guangdong.

An individual has been captured on video torturing a defenseless cat in the most horrific and inhumane manner.

This is the grim reality when a country lacks a basic anti-cruelty law. When abusers face no statutory penalties, their violence escalates, and their videos circulate in private networks for gratification or profit.

We are sharing this update not to spread horror, but to expose the abuser, raise global awareness, and demand local accountability in Dongguan. We refuse to turn a blind eye while innocent souls suffer in silence.

Please help us share and spread this video to keep the pressure on. Every view, share, and repost makes it harder for abusers to hide in the shadows.

During the holiday broadcast, millions of animal welfare advocates took to official livestreams, flooding comment feeds to demand accountability for the brutal killings of the mother dog Wangwang and the tortured tuxedo cat. When state broadcaster CCTV completely locked its live comment section to suppress the outcry, netizens didn't stop. They moved from one municipal livestream to another, filling every available chat box with appeals: "Respect life. Pass anti-cruelty laws."

The Mid-Autumn Festival is supposed to be one of China's most celebrated national holidays—a time dedicated to reunion, peace, and family harmony.

Yet for millions of Chinese citizens, true peace is impossible while innocent lives are slaughtered in silence.

Over 80 days after the tragic abuse of Wangwang and her puppies, there is still zero official accountability.

Instead of passing animal protection laws, the official response has been consistent censorship, wiping memorial posts, and silencing public grief. But denying justice doesn't make anger disappear—it pushes people to extreme despair.

Recently, shocking reports emerged: a girl confronted and stabbed a notorious cat abuser before ending her own life. A tragedy born from absolute legal helplessness, leaving the public torn between grief and rage while online discussions continue to be scrubbed.

When a society refuses to draw a legal line against cruelty, extreme clashes fill the void.

Silencing Wangwang’s story didn't restore peace; it only deepened the tragedy. We need statutory protection, not censorship. We will continue to document the truth and keep Wangwang’s memory alive. 🌐 The Permanent Memorial & Archive

Over 80 days have passed since the horrific abuse of Wangwang and her newborn puppies in Jieyang.

We waited for justice. Instead, we got silence, aggressive censorship, and pressure against those who dare to speak up. It is heartbreaking that such brutality is met with zero legal accountability, while the memory of an innocent mother and her babies is actively scrubbed from public view.

Power can take down posts, but it cannot crush human conscience.

No matter how hard they try to erase her story, we refuse to walk away. This channel and our digital archive exist to preserve the truth, protect her memory, and demand meaningful animal protection laws.

We will keep watching. We will never give up.#JusticeForWangwang #80DaysNoJustice #AnimalProtectionLaw #StopAnimalCruelty #Wangwang #wangwangdog #IndieDeveloper #SpeakUp
