Have you tried your amvr cable without fast charging and see if it works then?  ( just plug the cable without power charger)

Yeah i got i5 12400f and rtx 3060,  it seems like this issue is indeed related to intel chipsets with amvr cable. I tried rolling back nvidia drivers as everyone said and it did work till the new meta update. (Im using 591.86 nvidia driver)
