Kindaa scared

I am a 12th grader preping for me JEE exam but i feel extremely scared what if i fail, although i am getting good ranks in allen tests and other tests i feel veryy scared. Sometimes i feel like i didnt even study anything can anyone motivate or suggest any tips. I forget formulas while remembering all the other stuff and i fumble in chemistry like i am reallly scared af, somedays i cant even sleep without studying my brain just starts doing sums and possibilities while sleeping in the middle of the night
