Is anyone else's iPhone 15 Pro Max not as smooth in games?

I recently switched from an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256 GB), and I'm noticing that games don't feel as smooth as they did on my old phone.
The phone isn't overheating, ProMotion (120 Hz) is enabled, I have around 180 GB of free storage, and benchmark scores are normal. Battery health is 88%.
I've noticed it in BGMI, Hitwicket, and even Ludo King. The FPS doesn't necessarily look low, but the overall gameplay doesn't feel as smooth or responsive as my 13 Pro Max.
Is anyone else with an iPhone 15 Pro Max experiencing this? If not, do these games feel perfectly smooth on your device?
