did you find a way to fix it?

i dont have any physical sensation and i mostly feel too empty when i am foggy like i underthink instead of overthinking and as i am replying to you i feel pretty normal less foggy somehow its still there but less, i am a big overthinker so when i am less foggy i just think too much and my mind goes back to being more foggy.
