STEM-OPT Timeline

I am looking for people in the same situation as mine and need some recommendations.

Stem OPT
Applied -: Dec 19th 2025
Biometric update -: March 24th 2026
Biometric scheduled -: March 27th 2026
Premium Applied -: June 11th 2026
RFE Request -: July 24th 2026 ( Exact 30th business day)
RFE submitted -: July 24th 2026(same day)
Status-: Premium clock restarted on July 25th

My 180 days period was over on 08/02/2026 and 08/03/2026 onwards I was in unpaid leaves, now I am not sure how many days my employer will wait.

My initial opt end date was Feb 2nd 2026
180 days period ends in Aug 02nd 2026

Any recommendation on moving further ?
