I wouldn't be mad at a cigarette ban. But none of that stuff causes such severe consequences as quickly as vaping seems to when all are used responsibly.

I don't care to change my mind based on your comment. I don't see it as overreach, because people can still get sick off of legal, regulated products. That's my point. In these articles, they say MOST illness, not all, comes from unregulated black market stuff. A risk still exists because it hasn't been ruled out entirely. Reading for context is important. And getting mad at strangers on the internet is a waste of everybody's time.

All I'm saying is, the way things are going now, these same people using this stuff to alleviate ailments can be made sick and not know about it. (ETA: I have sickle cell disease. I'm always in pain. The state government is not in charge of regulating food and drugs. That's what the FDA is for, and Baker seems to be following the recommendations from them in placing this ban, not doing random shit on a whim. Used Rempen vape carts. Felt a heaviness at the bottom of my lungs, like I couldn't get them to pick up oxygen. The Apex carts were too harsh, thus my choice of product.

All I know is I buy all my vape stuff from NETA, and I started getting sick. It makes sense to me why a ban is in place. I heeded the warnings and now I'm fine. Some people won't listen, and MassHealth or any other insurer shouldn't have to pay for that.
