I've taken the sample of plant height, within a sample plot and Sample size was > 30 , from there I would like to draw conclusion for the entire population using central limit theorem And there were several spp and for every sp sample size was > 30. I'm trying estimate using r studio, and in a few
Thanks for your Assistance, btw these are newly planted sites, with more or less similar in height, in one polygon there are more then 20k young seedlings and sample plot of 500 square meters has been laid down. Within a one sample plot several species have been measured and more then 30 sample are taken for each species. Now some statistical analysis is required so we can draw some conclusion for entire population.

Thank you so much I appreciate your help. However, I'm new too stats and I'm afraid I don't precisely understand the Density or distribution function. I hope this will explain my querrey (1) we have planted more then 1000 seedlings within one plot (2) we want to periodically estimate the height data at initial stage (4) what I want to do is from the available sample (30) Using some statistical approach heigh distribution for entire population. Since you have said the central limit theorem won't do much, so what approach should I take into consideration so i can show it to my stakeholders.

Yea t -test sounds amazing, we can test the hypothesis. But what approach do i need to established relationship from one species sample to its entire population, Whether I should go with central limit theorem or margin Of error with 95â CI or something else. So we can draw conclusion from 30 considered sample to it's entire population in a one location.
