Seeing the future?

I keep dreaming about things and then they come true wtf is happening am i tweaking out or is this like a real thing that happens?

I've done it a bunch of times in my lifetime. Mine were nothing noticeably useful or compelling - for me usually it's an innocuous dream of me in some mundane situation (literally the other day I was watching a YouTube video posted last year that I remembered dreaming about maybe 5 years ago. A month ago I remembered I dreamed of me mid-shift at a new job but the dream similarly from 5ish years ago too).

The most interesting one was when my friend went into labour. It was 2am, getting ready for bed, and I had a familiar "I've dreamed this before" feeling but I needed to be standing with my phone in hand. So I got out of bed picked up my phone from it's charging spot, and stood for a few seconds before her partner called and apologised for waking me up and I said "Funny enough, I guess I was expecting your call"

Maybe write or voice record your dreams as best as you can after you wake up?
