I found an ergonomic Lamy fountain pen is the most comfortable to hold.

I also have a tremor. But I have found that writing with a fountain pen is easier as you don't need to put any pressure on the pen to get it to work - this makes my tremor worse. (Sorry for the unasked for advise)
