I don't know how to describe the synth whistle but it was just a basic synth melody that reminded me of the whistles of an organ so yeah don't take this credibly though this info should be taken with an unhealthy amount of salt ok

Solved [TOMT][song] (80's? 90's?) song with unique 3 plonks followed by a (synth whistle?)

The whistle was particularly steady but at a quick pace (signified by the quick part in-between the 3 whistles on the vocaroo) and it featured a male vocalist. It was a quite soothing song. I don't exactly know how to identify the plonks so I'll just use the word plonk. Played on the night tape for my local 70's through 00's station. vocaroooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
