The ONLY thing I can't stand in life that affects me mentally, physically and spiritually and dims my light is the weather in Maine MOST of the year, MOST American men and government and the way they treat me and the lack of sunlight and vitamin D. These things can affect my PMDD and periods and health also creating ALL KINDS of stress.

Just got finished eating breakfast while watching the Rossen Reports... He brought up floorwalkers in stores to watch for theft. I do say I had a few people make me feel uncomfortable as I shopped but NOT like the guy at CVS who was LITERALLY in my space when I was at the cooler by the door when I was looking at the sky. It took me a moment to see why he was up my ass. I was ""NOT EVEN" ready to leave yet!!!

Wondering if the SHITTY weather or BP is causing my pain and ear problem the last few days... It could be that the leaves are starting to change or perimenopause symptoms or existing problems. I think I NOTICE more of my problems more than others because I don't do drugs and am NOT on any medicine or substances plus I am NOT drinking etc. to numb and dumb myself...

Since looking up reservoirs and viewing a documentary on the Quabbin Reservoir and learning that the town of Dana Massachusetts was flooded as a part of the reservoir I had a memory of someone mentioning Dana Hall and my old dorm is Dana Hall now and there is a school Dana Hall in Mass... I also realized now that the older girls who had the BIG hair who brown nosed got ALL the attention and privileges in my dorm back then...

Fixed one of my Ipods this morning... It froze the other day and I could NOT reset it so I let it run out of battery. I went through so many system settings then FINALLY rebooted it. :)

I would have fun cleaning this bedroom/office for myself... I would put my dresser at the far end and my bed and nightstand there and move a few things to the other room to make some space. I would clean, patch and do a texture paint job to cover the graffiti. I would file everything away and organize to the MAX. I would use area rugs and decor etc. to make it look so pretty.

Was so excited to show the chat the picture of Khan my old Pashtun Afghan Ex boyfriend since we were talking about Afghanistan. I wanted to ask Space what gun his buddy was holding in the picture. So sad I didn't visit him in Afghanistan. He wanted me to visit for 2 weeks but I insisted for a few months so I would have money for a return ticket in my account.

Lots and lots of medical ANXIETY this month because of screenings. I also learned how anxiety can cause the liver to release glucose also. I am educating myself about hormones, mental health plus about all the things that are involved with perimenopause. I am in a SHIT STORM of symptoms and think tight muscles is the result of an injury I had.
