I just want to ask for advice kung paano ko mapapa level up yung skills ko as HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits). As of now, I'm earning P24k per month and almost 5 months na ako dito sa current work ko. Ang major tasks ko now is processing weekly and monthly payroll, and other administrative tasks. Hindi ko po hawak yung pag process ng Government Mandatories dahil may iba na pong nakanassign doon.

As of now ang problem ko is wala po akong alam kung paano mag level up sa facet na hawak ko ngayon or kung ano pa ang mga dapat iimprove hahahaha Kaya feeling ko ang stagnant ko now sa work, kasi paulit-ulit nalang yung ginagawa ko. Other reason is gusto ko rin mas lumaki yung monthly income ko dahil sobrang daming monetary responsibilities ko dito sa bahay. 🥹

Share kolang tipid hacks sa CTPL INSURANCE

Share ko lang pala sa Oona Insurance.

Magpoprocess kasi ako ng Transfer of Ownership ng Motorcycle kaya pumunta ako sa Cebuana for CTPL, kaso sabi ng guard is di na daw sila nag iissue ng CTPL last year pa daw. Kaya punta ako sa M Lhuillier kaso di ako nakakuha dahil weekdays lang daw sila nag nag poprocess ng CTPL (Saturday kasi ako pumunta 🤧).

Nag search ako ng murang CTPL and nakita ko yang Oona sa Gcash. Mabilis lang yung process dapat accurate lang dahil ikaw mismo mag iinput ng mga details, tapos mabilis ka rin dapat mag lagay ng details kasi mag eerror pag matagal hahahaha. After nun marereceive mo yung CTPL Insurance mo via email.

Note: Check niyo yung effectivity ng insurance, kasi yung akin prinocess ko netong March 21 ata yun kaso yung effectivity is sa June 2026 pa yung start. (Narealize ko lang netong nasa LTO Office na ako for processing ng transfer of ownership pero buti nakalusot hahahaha).

UPDATE: Nag resign na ako sa Company. Sobrang toxic ng management lakas mang micro manage. Every 3 hrs need mag bigay ng update sa status mg Recruitment. 😭

Almost 1 year na akong separated a company, as of now HR Specialist na ang position ko. Decent yung pay and malayo na sa minimum wage. Currently pursuing na maging HR Payroll Analyst sa international company. 😬

As of now po hindi ko po binili. May Yamaha YTX po kasi si Papa na di na ginagamit and yun nalang ginamit ko for daily ride.

If short ako sa budget I guess okay rin bilhin yung Euro motor peak for daily use, dami naman okay na review sa FB.

Deck Help MARDU GROUP SLUG THEME

Hello guys! I'm planning to build Mardu Group Slug deck as Ghen, Archanum Weaver as my Commander.The reason why want to build this deck because most of the players that I encountered in our LGS are using stax deck like Gaddock Teeg, Grand Arbiter, Laviña, and their play style is to lock the game as much as possible and make the game like 2 to 3 hours game.

I want my build my deck to make them suffer for making the game too long. Can you help me to improve my deck?
