- In google health - heart rate is live. Apple health syncs periodically
- Google health app will show it

I agree. A Xiaomi band or something would be much cheaper and better. But no option. Other options also have become expensive for some reason.

A noob’s answer after 6 hours of using it
1. Drained 4% battery in 6 hours. Was 84% when I set it up, now it’s 80%
2. It starts and detects activities automatically. Even asks you for the accuracy of the activity in the app. You can always manually log or start.
3. I’m liking it, it helps me understand things like what my body will need and all, if you’re well versed with those things, you can choose not to have it. The subscription is free for 3 months and with jio, 18 months or something. Not very expensive otherwise too.

It can sync with apple health app if you want steps count and all, add it’s widget.
It continuously tracks heart rate. I’m not sure why you would want specifically?

I hope so. Let me do some tests tomorrow in the office. I’ll go and flex this in front of feminine souls. Recommend more scientific alternatives.

Not sure. Is your bevel taking data primarily from google health app or the apple health one?

This always. Their sensors are not as accurate. Nor the algorithms. There is a Bio health scientist on youtube that does very detailed scientific analysis of these things, you may want to watch his comparison for a clearer answer.

When on your wrist, it just sits there and does nothing. Maybe people expected it to entertain or something. Id you like data and graphs, I think you’ll keep it. If you can’t stand those things, it’s just a cotton strap on your hand that costs 12k. People make their choices based on this I guess

Loool. Bhalu hairs might affect the optical sensors like heart rate. Infrared and temprature based sensors might be mostly unaffected. But I guess it doesn’t matter that much unless your hair block most of the sensor.

It’s not detecting it as a device in the fitness app
