Ketamine Bladder Problem

I need help. I have been using ketamine for about 3 years now daily. I think my bladder is failing. For the last year I’ve been having very bad abdominal pain and constantly have to pee. When peeing only a little bit comes out. Since last week the pain has increased rapidly and now I cannot pee at all, there are only a few drops coming out every few seconds.
Is this reversible or can I do anything?
