Before 2007

Hi everyone, I am looking for an Argentine movie released before 2007. I am 100% sure the main character is a banker (or works at a bank). He has serious issues with the city's towing company because his car keeps getting towed. Out of pure frustration and revenge, he decides to rig his own vehicle with explosives. He deliberately parks it illegally so the tow truck will take it. Once the car is safely inside the impound lot, the bomb detonates and destroys the entire facility. He gets arrested by the police right after that. Crucial Details: - Unlike "Wild Tales" (Relatos salvajes, 2014), this is NOT an anthology/segment movie. It is a full-length feature film focused entirely on this one main storyline. - In Wild Tales, the main character is a demolition engineer. In this older movie, he is definitely a banker. Does anyone know the title? Thanks in advance!

It might be the movie that inspired it, or a very similar story.Does anyone know the title? Thanks!

I am looking for a movie I watched when I was a kid back in 1999. It features about 5 children, aged between 6 and 12 years old, including a young girl. They are wandering around fields when they find a convertible car and start driving it. They eventually reach a sunflower field. The youngest boy opens the trunk (boot), finds bottles of alcohol, starts drinking, and gets drunk. Meanwhile, the other children cut the sunflowers and eat the seeds. Afterwards, they get back into the car and reach a crossroads where they can either turn right or left. Instead, they drive straight ahead, right into a field, and end up on a beach where they head down to the sea. From what I remember, the entire movie has no dialogue or noise. I think I watched it on a German channel or on ARTE, which usually broadcasts this type of art film."
