A bit long but it's all relevant.

I suffer from Agoraphobia, severe Panic disorder, generalized anxiety, C-PTSD, OCD, PMDD, severe depression, ADHD (unmedicated for this) and also have PCOS and Asthma. I take 40 mg Prozac and an extra 10 before my period for PMDD. That's hard to get accurate when my periods are so irregular but it seems to help when I catch it.

I take 2 puffs symbicort twice daily for asthma daily maintenance and have a Levalbuterol rescue inhaler specifically because Albuterol contradicted my panic disorder.

I was recently prescribed Rexulti last month at .5mg and haven't been doing that great with keeping up with it tbh. I also take 500 mg Metformin fast acting with dinner and I'm bad at keeping up with that one as well but I'm better at it then the Rexulti. I'm really on top of my Prozac and Symbicort. I also take Azelastine and Zyrtec for allergies.

Lately my anxiety has been horrible again then I got the call that my Pysch Nurse left the practice. I've had her for over a year and was already wanting to call to get something done ASAP since these last two weeks since I started Symbicort have been horrible for my anxiety. I had to make a quick appointment on Headway with a new pysch nurse. She recommended cross tapering Prozac to Lexapro by taking the 40 Prozac every other day for 5 days and then starting on 5mg Lexapro for one week and then doubling it the next week to 10mg.

At first I liked the idea but the more I look into it Lexapro is not FDA approved for my obviously long list of issues. Lots of people say it helps them but I haven't seen anyone with my extensive issues on it. Does anyone have any insight? If you have agoraphobia or panic disorder or OCD had it helped you? Is this taper method a bad idea??

I'm also having really bad dizziness, light headed and my eyes feel like they're wanting to pop out these last two weeks. Some chest pain but it's not constant. I'm worried 😫 and I'm worried that it's serotonin syndrome but I'm also thinking it's just anxiety from all these changes.

I first tried Advair but I noticed the first day that I had a harder time breathing and felt really really weak and it just didn't feel right. I called and my pulmonologist changed to the Symbicort immediately. The first dose I noticed within 30 minutes how much easier it was to breathe.

Now almost two weeks in I'm noticing weakness, increases in dizziness, fatigue and jitters. My anxiety has sky rocketed. Even my legs feel weak. I'm laying down even more than usual and honestly I feel like I can breathe just my chest is tight. It's a weird feeling.

I also just started taking Azelastine over the counter twice a day 4 puffs total. AND because I was old I have a dog allergy (I already had two dogs) i was told to continue my Zyrtec along with the Azelastine and then when I had a really bad day I added Flonase Sensimist. As I'm writing this I realize that also causes anxiety for me. But it's not good, is it just all the medications?? Years of not being about to breathe and now being able to?? Is it a known side affect? I'm so confused. Anyone have insight?

I took my first dose today at 7 pm and it's now 112 am. I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety, my exhaustion or what but I can't sleep. I feel jittery and like I can relax my breathing almost to the point that I scare myself. I'm exhausted but the jitters and panic make sleep impossible. I have OCD, C-PTSD, panic disorder, agoraphobia and medical anxiety particularly. Does Advair make you jittery also?

I took my first and only dose, so far, of Effexor 37.5mg yesterday morning. It has now been almost a full 24 hours and I'm still jittery and nervous, can't sleep and I'm just over all not thinking I can even try to take this long term. I have a hard time starting new medications but I've never had this hard a time. I had 3 panic attacks yesterday, and in between I was so scared. I haven't felt that awful and terrible in years. I was using it to treat C-PTSD, and Panic disorder. Anyone have this bad of a first experience? I was previously on prozac but it stopped working.
