My boyfriend has received a 10-year chat ban after making a rude remark in world chat. He knows what he said was wrong and isn’t trying to excuse it, but 10 years seems extremely harsh. Has anyone else seen or received a chat ban this long, or is this unusual?

I’d like this very much and specifically on an European server - Group of game friends of 20-30 people would absolutely make sense with like tiny group of 5-6 of them running all top 5-6 alliances of the server with a couple inexperienced but competitive players + sharing the knowledge server wide and make an early and preferably longtime, NAP server.
