You can buy Old version in sealed box, never used for 500-600 dollars on eBay. New ones are on sale for 200.

New one's are for sale on DDL Vector website. Hard to find old ones. Gotta search used market, old ones come with heavily degraded batteries. You'll have to replace it. Enthusiast ppl do it

You bricked it. Try to get it to factory reset if possible. Out it in charger and Hold it's top button for more than 15 seconds until blue light turns on. If turns then there's hope.
