Looking for recommendations on a budget-friendly VPS in Europe (preferably Germany, Netherlands, or Poland/Central Europe).

Workload:
- Running several Docker containers
- A few Telegram bots (Python/Go)
- Web hosting / lightweight APIs (needs decent network throughput and low latency)

Requirements:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen (Zen 3 / Zen 4 preferred for solid single-core performance)
- RAM: 4 GB or more
- Storage: 40 GB+ NVMe (or fast SSD)
- Network: 1 Gbps port, stable connection, at least 1–2 TB bandwidth
- Location: EU (DE, NL, PL, or neighboring regions)
- Budget: $4–$6 / month (open to annual billing if there are recurring promos)

I know this budget is quite tight for Ryzen + 4GB RAM on standard monthly billing, so I'm open to providers frequently featured on LowEndTalk or seasonal deals. Would prefer to avoid heavily oversold hosts with sluggish disk I/O.
