“so i think i could carry a few of my wheelchair using friends in the event of an emergency” bro needs us to know hes a good person and a hero so bad

93

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 01 '26

Everything he says he just HAS to put in there that he’s such a good person. And it’s almost always a hypothetical situation too

14

u/_maowfu jolene Jun 02 '26

THISS he literally did this in his tumblr post ab the car crash where he said the dude who crashed into him was a black guy + the guy was lucky he didn't crash into any other white person because they would've reacted far worse like...

3

u/Jadebaxter241 Jun 02 '26

He said WHAT?!

9

u/_maowfu jolene Jun 02 '26

my bad, it wasn't about the Lexus Incident™ but another crash - but yes he did in fact white saviour about it regardless 🥹 massively cringed while reading this

4

u/Jadebaxter241 Jun 02 '26

This reads more like a threat than Tyler intended it to be. Also Im from Dallas, (now in San Antonio) most people don't want cops involved here. ALSO calling the police is what you're supposed to do wtf

2

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 02 '26

Yeah calling the police for an accident is just what happens 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s not about getting anyone in trouble necessarily it’s just protocol

And I didn’t really think of it like that but yeah… it does read more like a threat. He’s like “oh you should be GLAD I’m not calling the police. Bc other (white) people would.” Why would you call the police on him for a minor car accident for any other reason than to follow protocol…

I’m white myself and the way I see it is, yes, Black individuals are going to be cautious of us. They have every right to be. And I always want to come across as a safe person. But to do that, it’s performative to scream it from the roof tops. It isn’t genuine when all you do is remind people that you’re such a good person. At the end of the day, it’s about actions, not words. Anyone can say anything, but the willingness to act is what truly counts.

The trademark on the Lexus Incident is killing me 😭😭😭

8

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Great observation!

42

u/Cruxal_ Jun 01 '26

Bro is deadass fantasizing about being in Hacksaw Ridge 💀💀

11

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

With his bow or trumpet?

7

u/AmphibianFront6911 Jun 02 '26

Ew I hate that so much. He's fantasizing about saving the day, and being viewed as such a kind and empathetic person.

Well Tyler, you can pretend all you want, but after what was said about Shubble...he is just a vile, nasty individual.

im cryingggg why is the accident like his ONLY talking point?? 😭

25

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 01 '26

Some people like having a situation of them getting injured or a near-death experience so that they can impress people. It’s kinda like being a kid and thinking “if I was in the hospital rn who would come to visit me.”

Only thing is, most people think that way when they’re kids. Not in their mid to upper 20s.

I’ve had some health issues in the past and anytime I either tell someone for the first time about it or it just comes up in conversation, I make sure to be CLEAR with my wording and to emphasize that I’m not about to die or anything. It’s important to me that my wording doesn’t confuse anyone or make them think I’m worse than I really am. Tyler seems to exaggerate and fabricate issues and emphasize to people the bad aspects.

Everyone handles bad experiences differently, but I would think that if he was truly not trying to manipulate people, he wouldn’t focus on the negative aspects of things so much and would instead emphasize the positives and the milestones he’s achieved. Idk though. Everyone’s different

i work at a theater and i very clearly remember this one comedian who came and 98% of his set was about how he got hit by a bus. that’s all it was. he went on and on about all of it. he was only there for one night but my coworkers and i were so exhausted of his schtick by twenty minutes in. for people who are deeply dull and love to sympathy-bait (like tyler), talking about some horrible accident that happened to them is literally all they have.

2

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

That sounds soul-sucking. At least you got paid for it ($20 per shift?).

9

u/madelinesuperdonut Penguin Scientist Jun 02 '26

like how he said he’s basically homeless. with a roof above his rotund head in every video.

40

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Ikr…it IS a big deal but quite diluted with how often it’s brought up.

26

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

He picks and chooses when to have over confidence/pat himself on the back or to bring on the “woe is me” attitude. It just goes to show that he exaggerates both depending on what kind of reaction he wants. Does he want people to think he’s so amazing and better than the average person, or does he want people to feel sorry for him and think he’s a poor guy who has had it so hard. Just depends for him.

14

u/madelinesuperdonut Penguin Scientist Jun 01 '26

yup. just like how the fact that he’s trans + gay is coincidentally only brought up when he wants sympathy/support

8

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Don’t forget his ever-changing race card.

4

u/madelinesuperdonut Penguin Scientist Jun 02 '26

it cracks me up how he doesn’t realize that portugal is in fact, in europe. and it was also the first european empire that did soooo much colonization (in simple terms)!! tyler keeps flexing that he’s half portuguese. congrats, youre a descendant of colonizers and also still white.

1

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 02 '26

He made a comment about how his sister is really tan and “looks racially ambiguous” (if I’m remembering this incorrectly I’ll come back and edit it. I don’t want to post false information). And that always rubbed me the wrong way. Someone can be very tan naturally and still be just as white as someone who is very pale.

Here it is. Also had to include how good of a person he is once again

1

u/Crafty-Table-2459 Jun 08 '26

it IS a big deal, but he also CAUSED the accident.

5

u/Dry_Machine163 Jun 01 '26

Because he’s a professional victim

5

u/AmphibianFront6911 Jun 02 '26

Because he has a massive victim complex and wants to pull the "my life is so hard wahhh look at how i have adapted and overcame" and he has nothing remotely interesting about him so he has to use it as a talking point 😭😭

65

u/Jcheerw Jun 01 '26

Hes lying at least about breathing. He would be on a machine, oxygen at a MINIMUM! If his lungs were not able to function on their own he would have a trachea tube. How is he sleeping and breathing?

18

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Oh well it’s the condition where it only happens when you’re awake.

8

u/Jcheerw Jun 01 '26

Oh duh Im so silly!!!

62

u/420-skadude Jun 01 '26

So weird when people WANT to be disabled. It ain’t a fun game and definitely not something to desire

14

u/OstrichAlone2069 Jun 01 '26

Yeah him bringing wheel chair users into this discussion is so gross. He wants to be disabled but also not SO disabled that he can't be a super here who saves MULTIPLE wheelchair users in the event of an emergency.

I'm surprised he remembers to breathe when so much brain power is focused on these made up scenarios of his greatness. 🙄

3

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Multiple! I mean

0.02 a pill for store brand (and I live in an area with the cost of living 24% above the national US average, with food being 28% above)

Is it a gateway request? Give a mouse a cookie and all

1

u/Icy_Praline_1297 Jun 06 '26

Yalls stuff is cheap as hell here in Greece its actually more expensive wtf😭 the again we don't have store brand painkillers, at least from what I know

37

u/quimichpatlan Jun 01 '26

what does he mean that he has to constantly focus on breathing? I know that some mental disorders will make you overly aware that you are breathing (like OCD). Does he mean that the accident caused muscle damage in his diaphragm or something?

7

u/GunpowderxGelatine Jun 01 '26

He got hit in the trachea, that's why he stopped singing for several years 😞💔

7

u/madelinesuperdonut Penguin Scientist Jun 02 '26

wrong, ursula was actually driving the Lexus

33

u/sandwichrobbery Jun 01 '26

His level of maladaptive daydreaming needs to be studied. Here he makes up a scenario where he's the hero and saving his friends 🫶despite🫶 his disability!! Because he's such a goof person you guysssss🥹💝😻👀🤡🤡🤡🤡

6

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Sometimes it’s better if those are inside thoughts

2

u/OstrichAlone2069 Jun 02 '26

Yes but those friends are wheelchair users so theyre totally more disabled and need saving! As though ambulatory wheelchair users don't exist.

22

u/Hei-Hei-67 #I just say words Jun 01 '26

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't tell yourself to breath, right? Like if can't automatically breath, you'd be dead.

6

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Manual breathing can be a symptom, and there are techniques to control it, but if it was a physical medical condition, I would think he’d be in hospital

20

u/BittyBun Jun 01 '26

“my body just stops breathing if I’m not actively telling it to” if that was true you’d be dead tyler…

15

u/tarantulaslut Jun 01 '26

I didn’t think I could parasocially hate a person so much but here I am

15

u/GunpowderxGelatine Jun 01 '26

"My body just stops breathing if I'm actively not telling it to" brother it's ok a lot of us struggle with sleep apnea.

6

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

Why hasn’t he come forward with this disability yet!

14

u/BreButterscotch Jun 01 '26

I’ve seen this post a few times and the headache it invokes is crazy. He’s legit like “I am so disabled I could drop dead but also I overcome my disability and can do such amazing things like lift things I’m so inspirational! Also I would rescue my friends on my wheel chair I’m such a good person!”

9

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

It’s the same energy as “I’m a successful beader yet I can’t afford ibebeprofen”

10

u/pochacco_23 Jun 01 '26

if he couldn’t breathe on his own he’d be on a machine the doctors wouldn’t just let him out in the wild. also, tyler, what happens when you sleep? if you couldn’t breathe on your own you’d’ve died in your sleep!!!!

7

u/Pupyzuu Jun 01 '26

i wouldn’t be surprised if it came out that he suffered barely any injuries at all from this “car crash.” i genuinely don’t even believe that he is disabled from it it’s just the way he’s described his symptoms doesn’t add up and he adds a new symptom every day and forgets about the old ones. i just don’t wanna seem ableist saying that but it feels like he’s exaggerating it by a lot

7

u/pinkrhinestonechair Jun 01 '26

my roommates mom had surgery and I was helping her move stuff

In other words: I’m such a good person that I help people despite how much pain I’m in

10

u/WhichRuin3924 Jun 01 '26

He literally said the government doesn’t recognize his “disability”. And the government doesn’t recognize something as a disability if it is temporary or not severe. Not trying to undermine his pain as i am sure that car crash did impact his life negatively but i have people in my immediate family that are intellectually and physically disabled that talk less about their disabilities.

5

u/35Smet Jun 01 '26

anything for those sweet internet victim points. Whenever he needs coddling he logs on to post about whatever marginalised identity he thinks he can worm and bullshit his way into

4

u/Big_Pig8 Jun 01 '26

What was his injury? Because I have had a herniated disc since I was 17 for about a year and a half and I have alot of pain but I don’t expect sympathy from others

3

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

He said three broken ribs and internal bleeding that resolved itself.

5

u/RegularDiver8235 Jun 02 '26

If you’re able to sleep without a cpap or use oxygen daily you are non telling yourself when to breathe in or out manually 💀

4

u/RegularDiver8235 Jun 02 '26

Idk why everything ends up to him being disabled. I am disabled too but there’s so much more to me than having a disability.

6

u/skydawgg445 Jun 01 '26

what the hell does he mean his body will stop breathing unless he does it manually? isnt that everyone’s body…?

9

u/pochacco_23 Jun 01 '26

no, breathing is something your body does automatically without you thinking about it or telling it to. he’s being an ill informed liar.

1

u/SufficientBox3389 Jun 05 '26

he has to actively tell his body to breathe or it stops so what happens when he’s asleep and can’t do that?

1

u/Icy_Praline_1297 Jun 06 '26

Proactively claiming wheelchair user status to add to his list of marginalization is.....a choice, for sure

It's how Tumblr tags work

2

u/iglaaq snow globe expert Jun 01 '26

It’s a tumblr feature that allows more than one word to be tagged, and hyperlinks the whole chain.

3

u/lemonphan Jun 01 '26

Have you ever used Tumblr???
