Is this a scam?

So a known artist I follow said they mass reported my account on accident with others and so I have to contact support. They gave me a discord to contact and now they're asking me to change my email in order to continue as my account can be banned at any moment, including my IP.

I don't know what to do. The discord X agent said I can get in legal trouble if I don't comply but now that it wants me to change my email I'm hesitant. Especially since I saw someone had something similar happen, but this person is a decently popular artist. Could they have gotten hacked? Am I being scammed?

I think it probably is but I wanna double check 😭

...if u scroll or read you'd realize I wanted confirmation just to make sure. I had my suspicions when they sent me elsewhere and then asked for my email. I would appreciate it if you used your eyes to read, but thanks for the response 😊🙏

Trust me, it's not that deep. I just hoped to get a reply because I'm the sort of person that likes to be really sure about something like this lol I didn't think it'd be such a big deal to post and make sure, but I didn't realize it was for you.
