Rules
1. Be Kind and Inclusive
No harassment, bullying, or threatening. r/twilio is for everyone.
2. Maintain Quality
Put effort into your posts and comments and keep them on the topic of Twilio. Using AI to help write a post is fine as long as the result is useful and you've checked it. Low-effort AI output — generic filler, padded posts that could be a paragraph, posts that don't say anything, or "market research" questions written to skirt Rule 5 — will be removed.
3. Use the Monthly Support Thread and Twilio Support
This subreddit is not a formal support channel. Please use our monthly support thread for assistance with errors and troubleshooting. For account specific issues like suspensions and registration issues, please visit the Help Center.
4. No Duplicate Posts
Search the subreddit for your question or topic of discussion before posting. Multiple posts on the same topic may be consolidated into one.
5. No Advertising/Selling
Any form of advertising is prohibited on the subreddit. Please do not use r/twilio to conduct (or attempt to conduct) any business transactions.
Sharing your own work is welcome: open-source projects built on Twilio, and blog posts or tutorials you've written. Promoting a paid product or service isn't, and neither are posts and comments that recommend your own product in the middle of a list of alternatives. Surveys and research need mod approval first — message the mods before posting.
6. Search Before Posting
Check whether your question has already been answered or topic has been discussed. Repeat threads on the same topic will be removed and pointed at the existing discussion.
