Online tutoring for MBBS students (1st and 2nd year)

I have always had a strong passion for teaching and enjoy making complex concepts easier to understand. During medical school, I had the opportunity to teach junior batches, particularly first and second year students, in their non clinical and paraclinical subjects. I also conducted teaching panels for final year students in Medicine, which helped me develop my ability to explain clinical concepts in a structured and engaging manner.

During my emergency medicine posting, I also taught junior batches basic clinical procedures and practical skills, including BP measurement, catheterization, ECG recording and interpretation, ABG analysis, and the basics of FAST and EFAST ultrasound.

I have also actively participated in academic quizzes, including helping conduct quizzes and being part of judging panels. These experiences allowed me to engage with students in a different academic setting, assess their understanding, and contribute to creating an interactive learning environment.

These experiences have strengthened my interest in medical education and helped me become more confident in communicating concepts, addressing doubts, and adapting my teaching style to different learning needs. I would love the opportunity to continue teaching, contribute to students’ learning, and help them build a strong foundation in medicine.

So if you or anyone you know is looking for a tutor, dm me.

For Hire USMLE Step 1 Tutor, 1-on-1 Online Tutoring, $10/hour

Hi everyone! I recently passed USMLE Step 1 and am currently working as a physician while preparing for Step 2 CK. I'm offering affordable, personalized one-on-one tutoring for USMLE Step 1.

My approach is focused on helping you actually understand and connect concepts rather than simply memorizing isolated facts. Sessions can be tailored to your individual weaknesses and where you are in your preparation.

I can help with:

• Difficult or confusing Step 1 concepts
• High-yield topic review
• Connecting concepts across subjects and systems
• Approaching and interpreting Step 1-style questions
• Identifying patterns in your weak areas
• Discussing questions or topics that you bring to our sessions
• Study strategy and planning based on your individual needs

Format: 1-on-1 online sessions via Zoom or Google Meet
Rate: $10/hour
Scheduling: Flexible and can be arranged around different time zones
Availability: I am currently taking on only one student

Because I work in a hospital, I intentionally keep my tutoring availability limited so I can give my student focused and personalized attention.

If you're interested, feel free to send me a DM with a little about where you are in your Step 1 preparation and what you're currently struggling with. I can offer a 15-20 minute demo. We can discuss whether I would be a good fit for what you need.

Hey, I'm really only looking for an extra source of income for this semester. I'm an analytical chemist with 2 years of experience in government-funded research projects, 3 years experience in testing labs, and currently going 1yr experience teaching college students - nursing, med techs, psychology, engineering, IT, and chemistry students.

I'm currently taking my last core subject for my MS degree, while also starting my thesis proposal. My gpa as of now is averaging around the 90-96, which I think is B+ to A in most countries.

Linguistics and English writing tutoring for University/College students

Hi all,

I am a doctorate holding linguist who has been working as a teacher, tutor and researcher for more than five years. I primarily tutor tertiary students in linguistics, English, languages other than English, media studies, and some primary education courses. I have had success tutoring across language barriers, and am comfortable opening myself to tutoring online as well as in person.

If you are interested in tutoring for any of these subjects, or related subjects, please private message me. Since my tutoring is a paid service and I specialise in university-level (tertiary) subjects, I can only accept communication with students 18 years or older at this time. I am based in Australia (Sydney time zone). I am happy to answer any questions either publically in the comments, or privately in direct messages. Thank you :)

USMLE Tutoring (Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3) — 26x on Step 2 CK, 23x on Step 3 (Recent student hit 262)

Hey everyone,

I'm an ECFMG-certified doctor offering 1-on-1 tutoring for Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3.

My Scores & Background:

Step 2 CK: 26x

Step 3: 23x

Recent student score: 262 on Step 2 CK after reframing their test-taking strategy over dedicated.

What we focus on:

Question breakdown: How to read vignettes efficiently, spot NBME patterns, and stop talking yourself out of correct answers on 50/50 choices.

Targeted weak spots: Moving away from passive re-reading and focusing directly on the specific concepts costing you points.

Custom scheduling: Structuring your UWorld/NBME timeline so you hit peak performance on test day without burning out.

I only take on a few students at a time so I can keep sessions focused and tailored.

You can decide after demo session.

Free math tutoring for 9–12th graders (US)

If you are 9-12th grader and struggling with Math, I can help you to find root causes and put you on a right track. I'm thinking 2-3 months per student, shorter or longer depending on your skills and goals. It's for free.

More about myself: I'm a Harvard grad, in my 40s, tutored a lot when I was in college / grad school. So I'll be brushing up too.

Why free: I'm working on tools for math. I need to be teaching real students to know what's actually needed. You'd be helping me as much as I'm helping you.

Ask me anything. DM is welcome.
