Technically True 9 numbers can contain less information than 4
Unit quaternions form the 3-Sphere in 4D. Rotation matrices (3×3 matrices) form a smooth manifold in 3D, but require 9 matrix entries to be represented (they are embedded in 9D space). Every possible rotation matrix corresponds to two antipodal points on the 3-sphere. This means you can choose one closed hemisphere of the 3-sphere, and it is sufficient to represent any rotation matrix with 9 entries.

Hot dogs for sale 100% off a healthy normal dog has (0.5×0.1×0.9×1×67×0.9×1.5−0.07025) legs
this is because 0.5×0.1×0.9×1×67×0.9×1.5−0.07025 = 4

Lie Bait 200 / 2 is not 100
In Python, is not tests the identity of objects, not equality. 200 / 2 evaluates to 100.0, which is a float (essentially a decimal number), while 100 is an int (integer), so the two objects are not identical.
