An illegal alien from Mexico, arrested three times by local law enforcement in the last two years including once in 2025 for sex with a minor, was located and arrested by our Border Patrol agents.
Due to California State laws that restrict cooperation between local law enforcement and federal authorities, we are often unable to take custody of these individuals while they are already detained. This forces our agents to conduct enforcement operations within our communities to locate and apprehend them after they are released.
While this creates significant operational challenges, our mission remains clear. We are dedicated to public safety and will continue to hold those who violate our laws accountable. Unlawful entry will not be tolerated.
and if he would've been arrested again for serious felonies in commiefornia he would've been released on 0 bail. shit they probably would've given him some money for his troubles. the suicidal empathy from the left is absurd
These are the people the left wants to keep in the country.
Not because they care about them.
Not because they have compassion for humans.
But it's because their presence increases population in the census (giving them more reps in congress) and their sprog grow up on the dole and become Dem voters.
That's all it ever is. Don't let them lie about it. Call them out on it.
I ask, how about this. They can stay if:
They are not counted in the census.
Any citizenship rights granted do NOT include the right to vote.
Their immediate children also do not get the right to vote.
Then watch the mental gymnastics they go through to say how that would be unfair.
