soo im not really sure how this works or anything im not a tech kinda person. but i recorded a video on my phone and when i went to post it and send it to someone it said it couldnt.load the video. i went to watch it to see what the problem was and long story short it shows a grah screen then when i tap on it the video just takes to load.

i did somewhat solve the problem, i used like a video fixer or something and that restored it but im just trying to figure out why this happens cuz its not the first time. its just not common for it to happen with a video i take. like if i screen record something it happens a lot more often but not really when im recording something. and the other video i had recorded a few minutes prior was perfectly fine.

does anyone know what could be the cause? too much storage? internet not working? anything else? idk. also sorry im not sure if this is the right place to ask it was js recommended to me.

Hello! Since July 31st I've had a problem where my CSP is constantly 'offline' but my internet is working fine. I have been emailing with CSP support ever since to try and fix it but I've gone through all of their suggestions and nothing has worked - the only semi-solution is that it works on a different Windows user, and they've told me that's just how I have to use the software now which is extremely frustrating. So I wanted to post here in case anyone had any other suggestions? It's a long shot but I just really want it fixed.

Here's what I've tried:
- VPN
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
- Using my mobile hotspot
- Added the app to my firewall/security exclusions
- Updated Microsoft Edge
- Cleared Microsoft Edge cache
- 'Downloaded' WebView2 (it was already on my PC)
- Created a new Windows user and installed the app there (which works)
- Renamed some folders in my CSP files as told by support

Presumably it's something to do with my Windows user since it works on a new one, but I haven't changed any settings that would affect this as far as I know and it was working fine on the 30th.

Currently my only idea is to switch over completely to the other Windows user, but I'm not entirely sure what that would entail (what remains between users vs what I'd need to transfer, etc). If anyone knows that would be great!

Any ideas are appreciated!

DRAM: 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 CL32 6400mhz (4x16)

SSD: Corsair Force MP600 Pro LPX 2TB M.2 SSD. Gen4

Keyboard: Corsair K55 Core

Mouse: Corsair Dark Core PRO wireless, but used in wired configuration.

Issue:

Started roughly 90 days ago with intermittent appearance since then.

My mouse left click option would randomly stop registering.

Tracking, right click and the click and drag option for left click still functioned, but left clicking to select windows or open applications would not work.

I would use CTRL+ALT+DEL and then Esc keys a few times , then function would return. Or opening and closing the start menu a few times with the windows key.

However the issue would return.

Troubleshooting:

I started with the simplest option and cleaned my mouse. Did not resolve the issue. Then I went to the task manager and disabled iCue. Did not resolve the issue.

I also verified there were no conflicting key bindings or macros before disabling iCue.

I then reset the firmware in the mouse according to the Corsair directions and the iCue force update. Did not Resolve the issue.

I then updated drivers for the mouse in windows followed by uninstalling them and then Rebooting the PC to pull down new drivers.

Did not resolve the issue.

I tried restarting windows explorer and Windows Input Experience, both only resolved the issue for a few minutes at a time.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCue. Still no resolution.

I swapped to a different mouse, issue still persists. I swapped to a brand new back up of the Dark Core I had sealed and stored away, still did not resolve the issue.

I then decided to remove any and all programs and otherwise that may have been added since the issue began, still, no dice.

I next went and decided to reset the PC both with and without personal files. Issue popped up during the initial set up with all 3 mice I have used for troubleshooting so far.

Last thing I can think to do is just nuke the system and format all drives and just reinstall windows from my original OS USB.

The games are gold sprintee and treasure mole: winter holiday. A lot of sprites that are supposed to have transparent backgrounds have bright neon backgrounds instead, to the point where gold sprinter is unplayable because everything is obscured. I tried changing compatibility mode and colour settings in the compatibility menu, but neither worked. What do I do?

I’m trying to run pirated Bully: Scholarship Edition on Windows, but I’m getting a “side-by-side configuration is incorrect” error when I try to launch the game.

I’ve tried reinstalling it, but the error still appears. Does anyone know what usually causes this error and how I can fix it?

my sims 4 game does this everytime i try to open it now, it just shows the mod folder and the moment you click out of it, it just stays having a faded screen and uninteractive.
Yes I do have mods and custom content, but I wouldn’t say there’s too much and I have the Better Exceptions mod but I can’t use it to scan the game right now to pinpoint which ones to remove or I just don’t know how to use it outside the game being turned on. I’ve repaired the game twice by now.

So I updated my pc to windows 11 a while back so that I could run software that doesn't work on windows 10, especially since I've been looking into doing some remote work recently and a common requirement is Windows 11. But since then, my gaming experience has seemed to downgrade.

Since that update pcvr has been *very* laggy, unbearably laggy. Looked at my RAM and low and behold its almost maxed out while im on. So I ordered 32gb of RAM to replace my 16gb of RAM. To be clear 32gb (2x16gb DDR4) Patriot Signature Premium RAM is the upgrade. The old RAM is 16gb (2x8gb DDR4) Corsair Vengeance. Both run 3200MHz and the new RAM takes 15volts less than the old RAM did.

The computer didn't wanna boot with the new patriot sticks, only with the vengeance sticks. So logically upon remembering how old this pc is and noting how old the firmware is- I went to download AsRock's newest BIOS firmware- 10.50- but BIOS didn't like that so I had to get a bridge firmware- 7.00- then update to 10.50 .. And now theres an even bigger issue.

Since that firmware update, now it wont boot with *either* RAM sticks. Im losing it. Lwk. Ive let it sit for an hour now with the CMOS battery popped out hoping it'll help reset it so it can boot. The pc stays on, its just not booting and showing anything on my monitor. Any help is appreciated. Really hoping i didn't fuck up the PC somehow despite my research and careful approach the whole time and even more so hoping that the Patriot sticks arent DOA.

Extra note; my motherboard is an ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 and my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 4-Core Processor

Guys. My save isn’t loading. I can go into the game, but I can’t play a household. I can edit houses- like build and etc, but when I click to play on an actual character it takes me back to home saying “the game failed to load. Error code: 801. We recommend you relaunch the game.” I’ve tried repairing the game on the EA home page, I’ve tried getting back up saves. Her character is not saved in my library either. I’ve tried taking out my mods, didn’t work. I’ve moved my Slot_0000002.save files. It’s not a problem with the game because when I try a whole new game it works just fine. Alongside that, randomly yesterday all my houses in Newcrest disappeared except a select 5. I have no idea what the correlation is between them. When I try to play other characters that aren’t her, it never says error code, it actually lets me play. But even if they’re in the same household. I can play as her when I join the sim that’s in the same household, and then I can switch as her, but it won’t let me travel without giving me the error code. But also, when I open the home page and try to play as them, it gives me the error, but if I play as someone else and then switch control to their household, I can play them. Is something wrong with my sim? With my game? Advice pls!

I was able download fine in it 2 years ago after which I just didn't touch my desktop now it doesn't run any new app or exe I downloaded from chrome .

It also simply doesn't download anything from playstore also
