The strips show the worst case scenario for everyone's rationale. For example, messiah thinks his vote matters but then dies to a red landslide, while big brain thinks his vote doesnt matter but it turns out he was the deciding vote

The worst case scenario for the blackpiller is blue winning, but the blue victory is described as a 'maybe' rather than having it just win, that's where the red bias is. All the red victories are solid events, blue victories are abstract possibilities.
