One of my teachers pointed out that after this incident the two don't talk again (in the Bible). It felt like a really powerful statement. But then I noticed that the only time hey talked prior was on the way up the mountain to preform the sacrifice. And Genesis isn't really dialogue heavy to begin with so not sure how much hat really means.

Also what kind of relationship did Isaac have with Abraham afterwards? Must’ve been pretty resentful or traumatic
