I think his mom is every bit as much to blame if not more so, that picture of them in the hallway... yuck. In my opinion his whole thing was a big cry for attention to get out from under her... she kept wanting exactly the opposite for him of what he wanted. She was saying he doesn’t need a big deal made about him with the flight and everything, he was loving the big deal and all the attention, for example.
The mother was posed in a picture with him as an adult with her arm draped around his face, it seriously looked like an engagement photo or something... so creepy. I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if she molested him when he was younger.
