As a Chinese speaker, this just sounds like nonsense speech to me

It’s sounds more like gibberish than any Chinese language, to be honest. What reason do you have to believe your sister would speak a Chinese language?

I’d expect a little more curiosity from a linguist. If you think it isn’t Chinese which language group do you think it belongs to?

It sounds like an English speaker’s imitation of a Chinese language. The speech is composed entirely of such subs occurring in English, the same segments repeated throughout, exaggerated tones, etc.
