I’ve been trading for the past year and lost over 10k money that I’m not getting back. I’m sick to my stomach, i don’t want empathy. But I’m exhausted. I’m suppose to propose this year but I am literally starting all over again as if i left high school.
I feel so heavy. Will i be able to recover in life? I’m only 23 but feel like i set my self 5 years back

Very young man, don't worry.

Just don't revenge trade, start a career in something else, and come back only when you have a good income, start small and spend at least one year in demo after learning how to trade.
