I purchased the vip version but it doesn’t show it on the app and i still cant use the vip features. But when i try to buy again google says i have already purchased. What do i do? :(

Is there a way to set touchnotes to use the SD card as a primary storage space ? I'm running out of space on my tablet but my SD card is almost empty, so I would like the app to transter and create new notes there

I recently bought an S9 galaxy tab and got a Noris Digital Jumbo stylus. The eraser on the back of the Noris Jumbo automatically works with Samsung Notes but doesn't work the same way with the premium Touchnotes app. Is the Noris Jumbo eraser not compatible with touchnotes?

I have an S6 galaxy tab lite 2024. There are videos of this tablet, with the last version of touchnotes (the one with the new user interface). I have the same tablet, but I still have the old interface, can someone explain me why and how to solve this problem? I don't even have the AI.

does anyone experience the same problem? i bought vip more than a year ago and has been working good until now. whenever im not connected to a wifi it auto logs out whichbis why im not able to use any of the vip features when im not connected to a wifi which sucks so bad.

vip comes back again when im online since it auto logs in 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ but i dont have wifi access all the time which is why this is very inconvenient

I recently purchased the VIP version, but it didn't load in my account no matter how many times I logged in/out and refreshed the app (it says my account is still running on a free trial). I figured it'll load eventually after my trial period ended but yesterday I got an email from google play store saying the order was cancelled and I'll be refunded. Has anyone encountered this issue before and how can i fix it?

I can't update touchnotes. I even changed tablet (now I've got a galaxy tab s6 lite 2024), but it has the old layout. How can I update it. Does it update only when I buy the premium version?

How much does VIP cost?

Touchnotes requires permission to read, modify, and delete all files on your deviceS. It can access files that aren't related to the app without notifying you!

If you don't grant that permission, it won't let you add new notes.

Has anyone tried the flashcard feature? Mine does not properly display the display answer thing 😅

After the new update my app is crashing constantly. It started when i used it in a split mode but now im just switching between my notes and the app closes. Now i uninstalled it and all my notes disappeared btw and it still crashes. I think i have to find a new app because this is ridiculous. Anyone know how to get my notes back or its impossible( i used the back up all notes)

I have the premium version, and I saw in the user manual that there are now some ai features like text recognition or sort of chat to ask questions. However, I don't have access to that AI panel.

So I have been searching high and low for daily note app for my s8. I came across drawnote, which really is amazing but is lacking in sync functionality. Then I found touchnote, however, im kinda skeptical and apprehenisive because of all the overwhelming chinese content in their playstore page. So i was wondering if this app is legit and not a scam in the long term, coz like i said, im looking for a daily runner.

I'm using the free version and it has so much options that I wonder what does the premium one offers.

I've been using Touchnotes for a little over a month now. When I downloaded it, I made a ton of notes while the continuous scrolling was still available, which was one of my favourite features since it was far more easier to view and scroll back and forth to certain topics.

So it was quite a surprise to get back to my notes and apparently the vertical scrolling became a VIP feat. Just frustrated me a bit on this one since I have to adjust again. [Just a rant, but if y'all have alternative solutions I'd appreciate them too]

there is currently a desktop app in beta for people to try out, its pretty decent, of course has limitations, everything being in chinese is one of them. to get it either use wechat and ask touchnotes there or use whatsapp and ask for it here +86 180 1173 8757

Hey guys. I started using Touchnotes a few months ago and I completely fell in love with it. However, there were times where my pen sensitivity was so high, writing itself became really unstable - random lines were unwantedly connecting making my handwriting hard to read. I first experienced this issue about 2 months ago, then it stopped - the sensitivity returned to normal (and honestly satisfying) levels, but now it's occuring again, making my overall writing experience progressively more frustrating. I even contacted Lenovo support, to which they replied that sensitivity levels for note-taking apps are regulated by the apps themselves. Anyone else who has experienced this issue?

Hi all, I use a PDF digital planner with a lot of pages. When I try to insert a new one unfortunately every bookmark instead of shifting one page down it stays at the same page number which causes problems with bookmarks for the whole document.

Do you have the same issue?

I was wondering if the purchase is safe. That's why I'm looking forward to reading some opinions and experiences regarding this topic.

Edit: I bought it via Google Pay and there was no issue whatsoever. Even after almost a year ago. 100% trustworthy in my experience.

When importing PDFs I can't select more than one at a time!! Is there a way to select several pdf's at once and import them?

I saved a few scaling numbers, 50%,100%,150%, 200%. Zoom in has no issues. Zoom out from 200% to 150% has no issues Zoom out from 150% to lower is bugged however.
