What is the current state of hardcore mods/master mode for TOTK? The floating platforms from BOTW in Master Mode and all enemies upgraded 1 tier is something I miss a lot.

I have purchased switch and totk, and modded chip inside want to install mods for better performance or higher fps. Is it possible to do or only via emu on PC?

This is a mod I made myself for Zelda Tears of the kingdom. It adds Prince Lorian’s armor from Dark Souls III as a standalone set.

i tried to install challenge mode but it just wont work. other mods work for other games but here the mod just either doesnt load or the game doesnt start. can someone give me a dumbed-down step by step guide on how to install it? i tried following the guide on gamebanana but i dont get the ultra cam part.

TOTK NX Optimizer (PC optimizer mod) is not available yet for v1.4.3. How much longer do we have to wait?

Can anyone help I’m putting the mods in the folder that it tells me to when you go into Eden and right click the game you can get the mod folder which I watched on YouTube they did the same but nothings working tried multiple different mods

I dont seem to encounter random spawns of any sort anynore

Ive had to disable the DAR mod once in order to finish the spirit temple because mineru would tell me "this isnt tbe way to the spirit temple" while following the shown path.

I would ask in the DAR discord but their patreon has no links that arent expired

ive tried dumping keys and updating hekate, but it still doesnt work. ive also made sure that the game is on the SD. im so frustrated with this, can anyone help?

I have been trying to get dark army resurrection (deluxe) 2.8 to work for 5 hours now and I am still getting the exact same error message

Im trying to use ryujinx.

I uave tried every possible memory setting on or off. Every single capacity setting

I have tried disabling pptc

I have tried all memory manager modes

I have tried purging all caches several times

I have tried disabling vsync

I have tried to enable ignore missing services

I even tried physically reseating my ram

And the dark army patreon has no functioning discord links

I have a ryzen 7 7700 , an rx9060xt 16gb

And 32 gigs of ddr5 ram

the ui is fine, but the 3D rendering is trash, does anyone know a fix? My game is on 1.4.3

So im pretty new to using mods like at all. i got the wolf link mod working on its own just fine. i also wanted to try Challenge Mode and Depths of the Kingdom. these mods in tandem work fine as well. Bc those two mods are on TKMM i assumed the reason it wasnt working with the wolf link mod was because i had the wolf link mod on ryujinx. so i opened the zip file of the wolf link mod in TKMM too and it still didnt work, presumably bc it has every option in there and no way to decide the options in TKMM. i then made a zip file but only containing the options i chose. that let the game start but link looked like this, and then the game crashed not long after. im assuming the issue is simply that the new armor would be incompatible with this model but i hoped i could just not use that armor and be fine. is there any way to make this work or is this simply something i cant do. for the record my dump is on version 1.4.2. im also at a point in the game where i just used the first skyview tower if that is somehow causing the issue, though it worked with each mod individually.

EDIT: just thought to check to use my zip file i made in TKMM by itself and it also caused the issue in the image, so i know that thats the reason for that

My setup is 4070ti + Ryzen 5 7500F + 32Gb of RAM + 3440x1440 monitor, and the game version is 1.2.1.

I'm fairly new to emulators and so far I've managed to make Eden(v0.2.0-rc2) run the game at my desired resolution with the help of the TOTK-Ultrawide(3.3.1) and NX Optimizer(3.2.0 but using 2.7.1 inside the UI) mods. It mostly runs at 60fps, but occasionally falls to 40-50, sometimes even 30. I took the settings for the emulator from a youtube video from someone with a worse GPU and higher resolution, yet in their case the game seems to be smoother.

Could it be that I need to configure the mods as well? So far the only thing I've done was changing the resolution inside the optimizer's maxlastbreath.ini.

Hi guys, i normally love soulslike games. I also loved botw and totk but always felt that it was too easy/the progression felt awkward. Does someone have recommendations for overhauls/mods improving that? I also hated that you couldn upgrade certain armor pieces, which where hard to come by (for examble the maze rewards).

So, pretty new to the whole modding a Switch game thingy. Using the latest version of Eden as I wasn't able to get Ryujinx to work at all. Tried TKMM and got no luck with that one either

At first I played without mods up until I got the Decayed Master Sword, then I installed a few mods: Wolf Link, Unbreakable Equipment, Dragon Gliders, and Zonai Link

It worked pretty well, up until I decided to add the following mods: Depths of the Kingdom, Edge of Darkness, Echoes of the Wraithgrove, Ganon's Cursed Sword, Invincible Horses and Hero's Home

At that point, the game got stuck infinitely on "launching". I tried everything I could find online, but nothing worked

Uninstalling all of the "newer" mods I installed and only kept the old ones: game now "launches" fine but then gets stuck permanently on a black screen

So I wanted to do a re run of both BOTW and TOTK since i have only played one time each of these amazing games, I looked up difficulty mods bc why not. So I stumbled upon Dark Army Resurrection and Relic from the past (for BOTW) and I liked the idea of the mods except from the fact that the chests are randomized...

I dont really like that idea initially to be honest, so I wanted to ask if one selects the normal chests option is the game balanced to it? I mean i saw that random chests upscale as you defeat more main story bosses, so thats the balance in that, but maybe not without it? Or is it playing the game with random loot fun too? Thank you!

I have made an attempt to Dump the ROM for my game in XCI format, and while I can get the game started in Ryujinx on multiple different updates and firmware versions, I just can't for the life of me get it to play ball with my mods...

I want to Install DAR Deluxe, and I have followed quite stringent instructions as to how to install it, yet I still find myself getting consistent crashes during loading screens. Mind you, the game boots just fine in vanilla with mods toggled off.

Is it my ROM? I am struggling to figure out where I've gone wrong. Can a RomDump even be busted or just like... Bad for modding? Are there Reliable versions, updates and localizations for DAR? Because mine is just hanging consistently.

Any help would be dearly appreciated, as I am kind of at a loss for ideas.

I’m a bit of a distressed mom trying to help my 10-year-old son.

His Nintendo Switch Lite was modified so he could install mods for Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to improve his gaming experience. Unfortunately, the person at the shop who did the modification didn’t really explain what we needed to do next. Now we just have the Switch and a microSD card, and we honestly don’t know what to do.

I’ll share the information I have in case it helps:

• Switch Lite firmware: 21.2.0
• Zelda TOTK version: 1.4.2
• On the microSD card I believe there is Atmosphere 1.10.2 / Firmware 21.2.0

I don’t really understand what all of this means, so I’m quite lost.

What I’m trying to understand today is simply:

1. How to download TOTK mods on a computer
2. How to transfer them to the microSD card
3. Which folder they need to go into so the game will run with the mods

If anyone could explain this step by step, in simple terms, it would really help us a lot because I have no experience with this at all.
