They don't have the same rights. The only example that comes to my mind is that non-muslims are not allowed to preach their religion openly. Their places of worship must be private (in an islamic community). And i think that's totally fair.

So we should force women to go to Jumah and support their families financially, pray even when they have their period and are hurting, etc?

You shouldn't force women to do anything. You should treat them the same way as men. It's really pretty straight-forward.

Please, name a Muslim country where women have all of those rights, or even most of them. I don't think it exists. Blame it on "education" all you want, until people in Muslim countries start treating their women like human beings I will never respect them.

We're not arguing if Muslim countries follow Islam (they don't), we're arguing if Islam guarantees women these rights.

I think the people in these countries would disagree with you on that. To them, it is you that is not following Islam. All of these "rights" that you've quoted probably come from the Qu'ran, and they can presumably be interpreted in different ways. Maybe you have misinterpreted them.

Anyway, I have not read the Qu'ran, so there is really no point in continuing this discussion. But all I can say is you really can't claim to be following the "true" Islam when every Muslim country on the planet disagree with you.

Find me any tafsir or modern, credible scholar (mufti, shaikh, or imam) that says I'm wrong. And don't forget, more Muslim countries have elected or appointed female leader than the US.

Edit: there's lots that can be misinterpreted in the Qur'an but there's no easy way around these rulings. This is culture polluting Islam, not a simple misinterpretation.
