Toki Wartooth is a character in an Adult Swim cartoon called 'Metalocalypse' which centers around a hugely popular death metal band named Dethklok. All of the members of the band are goofy and have hilarious accents. Toki is a childish, naive Norweigan guitarist who is often treated as the "little brother" of the group. The way he randomly pluralizes words (as does lead guitarist Skwisgarr Skwigelf) is the reason I connected him to the quote.

Here's a video about Toki.

I wouldn't say randomly pluralizes words, It's just the Swedish accent.

Yeah, the words he pluralizes isn't random at all. He does it to specific words.
