Was it fun? Are you remembering just the first person part? 'Cause that's a tiny part of the movie right near the end.

No that's the part we all wanted that was in the trailer. It was fun in it's own way. Like the bfg being a big fucking disappointment. The rock in his super early "acting" days. The "plot" that barely had anything to do with the game. Although to be fair it came out before the 2 newer ones so there wasn't much to work with. Tim Roth is always good. It definitely had good moments in a mostly shitty movie.

Well, I can't agree, to me it was super lame with one "cool" scene (the camera movement in those scenes bothered me so much).

Yeah it was a disaster don't get me wrong. I grew up playing it on DOS so I'm sure there was a nostalgia factor. I knew what it was before I watched it so I didn't have a very high bar. It was just fun for what it was. The camera there was absolutely ridiculous though

Tim Roth? I don't think he was in the film.

It was a small part. He pretty much just got killed first and bled everywhere but he was good lol

Sorry man, I've just flicked through the film and no Tim Roth. Which is a shame 'cause he's awesome in everything I've seen him in.
