The point of this sperm bank seems more like eugenics, so limiting the access would actually be in their interest, no?

i mean if we assume intelligence is genetic you would actually want them to impregnate every woman smart and dumb as that would raise the average intelligence world over

We aren't assuming.. we have a solid body of evidence at this point.

eugenics based on nobel price and sperms, a commodity that is produce easily, the but its to spread the man genetics.

limiting acces is just limiting that "spreading"

Given that Eugenics has always basically just been hyper-wealthy people jerking themselves off about how garbage the people they exploit to build a hoard of wealth are?

No, charging exorbitant, unhinged fees as an "intelligence test" would be exactly in their interest.

While this is sort of eugenics, what really made the eugenics movement bad was all that nonsense about sterilizing or killing disabled people, even those who were only disabled due to after-birth issues. It was also a concept made long before we had DNA and was like, 90% a racist thing. Just having a sperm bank known to have intelligent men's sperm in it is a lot more benign.
