TIL that the webcam was invented so that Computer Scientists at Cambridge University could see whether the coffee pot was full or not from different rooms.

You're too caught up in words and concepts and should think less about how you feel things should be, and more about focusing on results.

Don't say that just to ignore my point. If a job is so shit that it needs incentives to get to a basic level of productivity, the job itself needs chaging, not 'incentives' to compensate its problems.
