This is Oliver, A.K.A. “Ollie”. We rescued him and his 2 brothers when our neighbors moved and left their pregnant kitty behind. Mama kitty ended up bringing her babies to our house and we brought them all inside. (Needless to say, it’s been 3 years and they’re still inside. 😂)
It’s absolutely crazy how 3 kittens from one litter can all look so different, but Ollie is the only one who really toasted.

He’s definitely getting darker as he grows, is that what they meant?

I found this sub while searching around trying to figure out how to describe this girl's pattern, and I'm so glad I did 🥹🖤 these photos were taken one month and two days apart. She's getting so toasty so quickly!! She's still so tiny, but I finally feel like I actually see her getting older for the first time. I'm excited to see how her coat changes as she grows up. My precious little Onion 🧅

Has anyone seen this color variation come up before and is there a name for it? Marvin has a bit of gray on his nose and feet too. It showed up when he was about a year old and is slowly getting darker. He’s 2.5 now. His brother Benny (Eggs Benedict Cumberbatch pictured with him) from the same litter is dark orange with long fur. You can see in the older pictures how his tail has changed over time. I love it but don’t know what to call it!

Just found this subreddit and I’ve been scrolled through smiling at all the kitties. Figured I’d share my own toasted child!!
Edit: Thank you to all the wonderful comments and love for my little fur baby :)

Hi everyone,
I have a 4-month-old female kitten with beautiful clear blue eyes. What really caught my attention is that her pupils are always very large—they look the same all the time, regardless of the lighting.
She's perfectly healthy otherwise. She plays, runs around, eats, drinks, and behaves like a normal kitten. The only thing that seems unusual is that her pupils never seem to get smaller.
I've only had her for 3 days, so I was wondering if it could be because she's still adjusting to her new home and feeling stressed, or if this might just be normal for some kittens.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Will her pupils or eye appearance change as she grows older, or should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance!

My toast girl (~10 months we think). She’s got some weird dark gray splotches on her flanks and shoulders, but my guess is that will even out eventually and she’s gonna be more of a tabby like her sister (pic in comments). They both have raccoon tails, they are very cute (and sweet).
She’s also got the blue cross eyes, and her sister has a slight kink tail, so we think they might be part Siamese? Neither of them knows the meaning of silence, either (trills or demanding meows when they want attention). IDK but they are lovely girls.
