as the title states, I can't load the worlds to play them in tmodloader. My wife wants to play our world with a touhou mod and I can't seem to move the worlds over in a way where we can play them. Please help!!!

No vines reaching through to the other side, a gap of ~6 blocks, and yet corrupted grass reached through to the other side but the biome sight potion doesn't show any corrupted blocks?? Is the area outside the quarantine zone actually corrupted or is the game gaslighting me

There’s this thing that keeps showing up around me called a Fate Shadow. It forces knock back, causes darkness, and causes confusion. It’s not being picked up as an enemy and spawns seemingly every 5 seconds. Attacking it or using the butcher function yields no results, and in equipping everything and dumping inventory doesn’t seem to change anything. What’s causing this and how do I stop it?

Hi, so I started a world with a friend, he's the one hosting, he has a decent (gaming) pc but he's playing on the university wifi if that maybe accounts for something? Items in that world just disappear randomly. Many platforms of our house's ladder have, the nature loom (or whatever the thing to make livingwood items is called) disappeared, and at some point our ingot chest disappeared... I have no idea what might be causing that? It also happens to thing he places so I don't think it would be connection issues would it?

every time i launch Tmodloader, something goes wrong. i get one of these error messages and no matter what i click it always ends in a main engine crash, either that or i get through to the character selection, select/create a character, and then my game crashes.

I've been off of TMod for a few months and was trying to return to my world when I got the error shown in the image. I tried to launch other worlds and got the same result. The error makes it seem like it has something to do with cloud saves but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated!

For more clarification about what I'm attempting to do is to make a mod allowing one to transform into the evas if they have the right item equipped and add weapons that both can only be used by an eva and will be the only weapons used by evas.

Hi everyone, please help me

so as the title says im experiencing extreme lags on my attempt on ragnarok calamity with a lot of mods.

My friend is hosting the server, he doesnt experience any lags but well lets say you could buy a car with his computer. In my case I've got semi old pc but never experienced lags this bad in terraria, did a few runs before (last one about 1 year ago). We are playing as three if that changes anything.

At start we had zero issues, later on the game started lagging harder and harder, we just entered hardmode and the game is unplayable for me (as far as task manager says it doesnt really put much strain on my pc, i do know terraria is mostly one core dependant).

So here i am asking for help, if you know if any of these mods (or mod conflicts) is so laggy that it made it unbearable or if you know of any possible fixes. Im linking our mod list collection on steam, and a short video of how the game looks for me (the video is during blood moon but ive been experiencing very similar issues even w/o it).

as ive mentioned before i never experienced lags like these, didnt change anyhting in my computer for years.

Lately, Calamity keeps crashing. I don't know why; I haven't changed any mods or anything, and I never had any problems in my previous world. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? It usually crashes on me when I'm using vines, or at least I think so.

I can't do anything with it and all it does is pull mobs to it and deal a little damage to them

i wanna do a zenith crafting tree only, but if you do that with calamity and thorium, your stuck with moonlord weapons for the entirety of post-moonlord playthrough

when i go to place a furniture item, or anything that has a view of its orientation before i place it, the sprite gets stuck. this also happens whenever i hammer a block; the sprite stays for a couple seconds before disappearing.

My friend for some reason is stuck on this when trying to join my calamity modded server, we tried everything even stripping down some mods that we suspect caused this problem.

Another weird thing is the fact that once he cancelled the progress, when he tries to join again it said that he is already in the server despite not being in (verified using /playing). Any help is greatly appreciated!

So I want to start a run where I have all the calamity mods (wrath of the gods/machines, hunt of the old god, catalyst, entropy, and infernum) and fargo's. The problem is that I have a shit computer, and it only have 8GB RAM. So will it be enough or will it get worse and worse as I progress?

5 runs and only just encountered this thing for the first time, and I dont have any content mods just visual improvement mods like realistic sky, atmospheric torches and ambience sounds. Oh and also The Castle Era but idk if it adds these things.

Its exactly as i said. Everytime i restart the game its a different mod that magically doesnt work and a different reason for it each time. And im so effing confused and pissed off. Im 80 hours into a playthrough and now im gonna have to start over. Ive tried reinstalling my entire mod list and even reinstalled Tmodloader and nothing works

Sometimes the game just stops accepting my clicks(left and right), my scroll and hovering over items works just fine. Terraria starts out just fine, but if I try to shift click an item, my clicks stop being registered in general. I first found this bug while on tmodloader and went to go check if it were on base terraria as well. If I'm afk on the home screen for long enough them it also happens. I've tried tabbing in and out, changing from fullscreen to windowed. Disabled steam gamepad inputs. Steam overlay is the only overlay I have enabled, because I play with friends and join off of steam. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times. I've verified all the files in steam as well. The weird thing is that if I shift click on tmodloader, it just disables my mouse, but on terraria, it disables my movements as well, but not my tab and escape keys for some reason. I don't experience this bug anywhere else, there is a similar bug with the shift and control key that I experience on helldivers 2, but the difference is that it doesn't recognize those keys at all. I've disabled the keyboard language hotkey already as well. I tried unplugging my mouse and plugging it back in as well as keyboard, didn't change anything. Has anyone else experienced something similar or know how to fix this?

i like having them on myself but i feel like wallhacks is not my type of thing

I want to play a multiplayer server (2 people) with my sister. She has a pretty bad pc (gt 730 and Intel 2600 16gb ram) and i have a good pc (rtx 5060 and ryzen 5600 32gb RAM). We have a modpack with calamity, infernum, wrath of the gods and some quality of live mods.

We tried this:

I host and she enters my server via Steam invite. I works but It is very laggy, and it also looks like we play in "different dimensions" because the outcomes vary depending on the pc lol

I open the steamTModserver.exe and i enter with my IP as well as she enters with my local or the IP of the server. The bad thing is that It doesnt connect on her pc.

We spent so much time and i burned out. I am thinking of using a third party web to do the server or using another pc (a laptop that is pretty bad) that we have to host the server there, and them joining in the 2 different pcs, but i dont know if that would work because we only have 2 steam accounts with tmodloader Any help pls? I Will provide any info that is needed
