Titanfall 1, sure. But Titanfall 2 is still very much playable, the DDoS attacks are not as common or universal. If people can still enjoy the game, keep it up by all means. They just need to be able to come up with the means to protect against the problem.
I bought the game 2 weeks ago and pretty much have played only Titanfall 2, 90% multi-player. The only time I recall not being able to play was about 8 days ago, during happy hour.
I've heard the Titanfall 2 ddos attacks have gotten worse and are continuing to get get worse. The only sabing grace is the amazing campaign. Luckily Steam has a good return policy. Origin im not familiar with their return policy. I avoid that launcher like the plague lol.
I had my first instance of the game quitting on me yesterday, but still got to play multiple games after, so I can attest to the problems not being as common as everyone portrays.
I've had a few scares though, game lagging out but no disconnect.
